Sample audit report
This is an anonymized example of the format used in a Quick Audit. The full report identifies the issue, why it matters, and the exact change to make.
Prioritized fixes
- High impact
Clarify the audience in the first five words
Replace a general headline such as “Smarter workflows for modern teams” with the customer and outcome: “Automate invoice approvals for small finance teams.” Visitors should know within five words whether the page is relevant.
- High impact
Make the next step specific
Change “Learn more” to “Get the 48-hour audit.” The button should describe the result, not ask the visitor to work harder to understand the offer.
- Medium impact
Move proof above the final CTA
If the only evidence appears in the footer, visitors reach the decision point without support. Place one specific quote, certification, customer count, or guarantee near the pricing or signup block.
- Medium impact
Answer the main buying objection
If onboarding effort is the likely concern, add one sentence near the CTA: “No engineering time required; connect your existing tools in under 10 minutes.” Only use claims that are accurate.
- Quick win
Fix mobile CTA spacing
Ensure the primary button remains visible after the fold and has at least 44px tap height. Reduce competing links around it so the next action is obvious.
